International Open data day celebrating 2019
In March 2nd 2019, open data day was celebrated in both municipal structures organized on joint collaboration of MDO and both local structures. It’s an annual, global celebration of open data. This year will be the 8th time groups around the world come together to take part in local events where they use open data in and for their communities, to solve local challenges, explore exciting opportunities and more. And everything created is for anyone to use and re-use. DCC coordinator Mr Nar Bdr Kunwar inaugurated the program in both structures. The event included discussions on the benefits, opportunities and challenges of open data whereby local representatives, stakeholders, journalists had participated.
