ToT on SUSASAN School III on Promoting Civic Participation in Governance and Accountability Mechanism through Integrated Technology was organized by Freedom forum for project staffs on 31July-2 August 2019 at Godawari. Based upon the learning, the same training was conducted for selected CSOs from 19th-22th of August 2019 in Sanfebagar Achham. Training was organized with the objective of developing the knowledge, skill and perception about the open government partnership, budget transparency, sustainable development goal 16.10.1 & 2, Public hearing (Exit poll, CRC and GRMS) and integrated Technology for representatives of the civil society organizations. Total of 25 CSOs representative and local government representative from Sanfebagar municipality and Bannigadi Jayagdh rural municipality had participated in the training program. The status of satisfaction of all participants in the training was 3 or more in scale of 1-5. The Training was facilitated by Binod Upadhayay CECI Nepal and SUSASAN team. There was active participation of CSO members and government representative in training. Group practice, presentation, Game, discussion method were implied for training. Also participants from local government ward secretary and local Journalist were in this event.  Total 45 of participants from CSOs, local government and Journalist participated the training from Sanfebagar municipality and Bannigadi Jayagdh rural municipality.

All the participants especially thank the SUSASAN programme for developing and making possible to operate with update information of their local government open data portal. Some CSOs representative requested at least one day interaction programme to be conduct at their settlement. Local government representative suggested conducting such training/interaction for the elected body of the municipal.
